CCAC

The Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) is an organization that helps residents of all ages connect to health and homecare services that make it possible for them to live independently in their homes – or when home care is not an option – find them a placement in a long-term care facility. In designing this logo we wanted to represent the idea that CCAC clients could receive care and support in their own homes and continue to enjoy the company and support of their families, neighbours and friends.
