Smart Gardening

Smart Gardening is an initiative of Niagara Region that embraces a wide range of waste diversion and environmental programs, including backyard composting, organics recycling, leaf and yard waste collection, water conservation, and eco-friendly alternatives to pesticide use.

To promote these initiatives Pier 8 Group created a program brand; designed a website and print materials to teach residents how to implement smart gardening techniques around their homes; produced radio ads; and developed a media relations campaign that included a highly-successful campaign launch event.
